Had an amazing experience at Ananya Comfortss. They have basement parking. Rooms are big and bathrooms are very clean. Would recommend it to others.

Staff was indifferent. Neither welcoming nor unwelcoming. Rooms were clean initially. Room cleaning was not done for 2 night stay. No lift. Parking available.

Experience was horrible in many ways as follows : 1. They do have fridge inside the room but non operational, not sure what was it kept for 🤨 2. They were so unprofessional, they even declined the request to keep hour luggages for few hours after checkout in their cloak room, mentioning they don't have one ! 3. No electric kettle was kept inside, when we asked for it they provided but no coffee or tea sachets for you to have your morning beverage. 4. They don't have official pre check in procedures, though they charged for it without legal receipt, even the person came at doorstep to collect the money at the time of check out, not sure what was cooked ! 4. Though the check out time is 11AM, and we were about to vacate the room, the people kept calling us and reminding us to vacate early since they have other bookings, no proper etiquette followed.

This is the second time in as many months that i have stayed in this property. It's a well managed and neat property that is very conveniently located within a km of the railway station and has multiple shops and restaurants within a short 3 to 5 minute walk. Very convenient to pick up an auto just outside the entrance. All the staff were very helpful and polite. The check in experience was very smooth. The rooms are all very spacious with large bathrooms and the beds are super comfortable with clean linen.

The room was clean and equipped with good fan and ac. The staff was rather helpfull. Location near the bus station is very practical.

No proper parking facility available. For the number of rooms they have, the parking facility is too small. We were asked to park somewhere outside. No proper hot water. The receptionist was very rude. Though the check in from make my 訂房網站 was at 1 pm. The rooms were not ready. The only thing was that the rooms were spacious and hygienic. No other plus point. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. My small kid had to take a bath in cold water.

Rooms were neat and clean, hygiene was well maintained. The staff was very humble and gave great services, they even allowed us to keep our luggage in the luggage room and visit hampi for the entire 8 hours.
